FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about Points2Shop, getting your free xbox live codes, or the method? These FAQ responses should help you out.

1. How does this work?

Points2shop lets you get free xbox live codes for your points because its advertisers pay Points2Shop for putting their offers, surveys, and ads up on the site. Every time you complete an offer, you get 50% of the earnings, which you can use to get free prizes like games, game consoles, gift cards, and more.

2. Is this legit?

Yes, this is legit and it works. Once you earn the required amount of points for the prize you want to get, you can get it for free, like your free xbox live. Tons of members have already got their Xbox live codes. Check out the proof page to see some testimonials!

3. Will my email or shipping address get spammed?

It is recommended you use a totally new email for offers/surveys. Most surveys ask for an email and put you on their mailing list. If you don’t want to get emails from the survey companies, just make a new email address for offers. Your shipping (physical) address will NOT get spam sent to it. Points2shop does not share your address with anybody, it’s private and is only required for the delivery of your prizes.

4. Do I need to be a certain age to use Points2Shop?

You have to be at least 13 years old, with your parent’s/guardian’s permission, to use the site.

5. How long does it take for my free xbox live codes to come to me?

All prizes are shipped via USPS if you’re in the United States, and by postal service if you’re in the UK. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. At this moment, it’s not possible to request 1-day, 2-day, or any other shipping option, so your prizes will take around a week to come to your house. If your prize is an email code, you will get it as soon as it is approved by the staff, 1-2 business days.

6. I want something else besides Xbox Live codes, can I get it?

Yes you can! Points2Shop gets your prizes from amazon.com, one of the largest online marketplaces on the internet. This means that you can literally get almost anything you want for free, if you have the points for it.
